1. Accepting the terms

By creating an account or using PentaDraw, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. What PentaDraw provides

PentaDraw turns briefs and structured output from the AI chats you choose to use into editable visual stories. You can import .jsonl files, refine them on a single canvas, shape presentations and scribble animations, and export to PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, or MP4. We provide the service on an "as available" basis and may update features over time.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you bring to PentaDraw — including the .jsonl files you import and the outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any AI-generated outputs you upload and for the content you create on the canvas.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use PentaDraw to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• Respect the rights of others and of any third-party AI services you use.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.

6. Exports & formats

PentaDraw supports five export formats — PNG, JPG, PDF, GIF, and MP4. You are responsible for reviewing exported files before publishing or distributing them, as rendering may vary by output medium.

7. Disclaimer

PentaDraw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every AI-generated output will render perfectly or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
