Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 9, 2026. This policy explains what PentaDraw collects, why, and how we keep it safe.

1. The short version

PentaDraw is a visual storytelling canvas. You bring briefs and import .jsonl files produced by your own AI chats and we render them on a canvas you control. We collect the minimum needed to run your account and your canvas — and we do not sell your data.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: your email address and basic profile, to sign you in.
  • Canvas data: the files you import and the compositions you create, so we can render and store your work.
  • Usage data: anonymous analytics such as which features are used, to improve the product.
  • Technical data: device and browser information needed for security and reliability.

3. How we use it

  • To operate, maintain, and improve PentaDraw.
  • To authenticate you and secure your account.
  • To store and render the canvas content you produce.
  • To communicate essential updates about your account.

4. Your AI-generated outputs

The .jsonl files and rendered outputs you bring to PentaDraw belong to you. We process them only to provide the canvas, animation, and export features. You can delete your canvas content at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help run PentaDraw (such as hosting and email), under contracts that limit how they use it, or when required by law.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support channels in your account.
